Using TruthScan
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Uploads and permissions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant TruthScan a limited permission to process, store, and reproduce that material only as necessary to provide scans, reports, heatmaps, certificates, and related support.
Plans, credits, and payments
Available media types, limits, retention periods, and report features may vary by plan. Credits are consumed according to the catalog shown before a scan is submitted. Paid checkout remains unavailable unless TruthScan enables a supported payment provider.
Prohibited activity
You may not upload unlawful material, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass usage limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.
Forensic results are advisory
Truth scores, verdicts, evidence summaries, and model explanations are automated assessments. They are not proof of authenticity or manipulation and should not be the sole basis for legal, employment, financial, journalistic, or safety-critical decisions.
Availability and changes
Features may change as detection methods, providers, and security controls evolve. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Account suspension
We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, threaten the service, or create risk for other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TruthScan does not guarantee that every result is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose and is not responsible for decisions made solely from an automated result.
